{"id":1167,"date":"2015-01-23T22:45:28","date_gmt":"2015-01-23T22:45:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tachinidae.org.uk\/blog\/?p=1167"},"modified":"2020-08-01T09:46:33","modified_gmt":"2020-08-01T09:46:33","slug":"thelyconychia-solivaga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tachinidae.org.uk\/blog\/thelyconychia-solivaga\/","title":{"rendered":"Thelyconychia solivaga"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recently I have been working on adding a new species to the British list to our key. <em>Thelyconychia solivaga<\/em> is a small tachinid that seems to live on fairly stony\/rocky coastal sites and is very rare in the UK &#8211; in fact only 3 specimens have been found so far (by Laurence Clemons in Kent and Ivan Perry in Sussuex).
